Johnny Mansell serves as Vice President of the PRS Board of Directors. A lifelong resident of Quincy and Plumas County, Johnny has a deep appreciation for the region's strong sense of community, collaborative spirit, and exceptional quality of life.

With more than 20 years of experience in Plumas County real estate, Johnny has built a reputation for professionalism and community leadership. He has owned Town and Country Properties since 2013 and brings extensive expertise in real estate, finance, and organizational governance. Having served on a variety of local boards, he joined the PRS Board of Directors in 2019, where his experience and leadership continue to strengthen the organization's mission.
