The course includes identifying the parent's and the teen’s personality type using the Meyers Briggs model and addresses the challenges of developing meaningful boundaries and consequences while attempting to support and encourage independent living skills. Weekly discussions will cover the topics of teen depression/suicide, eating disorders, and developing positive communication skills. The concepts of mindfulness-based stress management will also be highlighted.
The private, live video classes offer multimedia presentations, worksheets and resources, and open discussions to provide support, encouragement and guidance for parents.
$200/participant due and payable at the start of the 7-week class.

In addition to the above topics, private coaching sessions can address personal stress management, guidance with developing a daily practice, and individualized assistance with personal challenges.
