Single-Family Reconstruction Program: Grants of up to $500,000 to single-family homeowners for Dixie Fire reconstruction. For low- to moderate-income (LMI) owner occupants and landlords willing to rent to LMI households.

Single-Family Mitigation Retrofits Program: Grants of up to $50,000 to single-family homeowners for disaster mitigation (home hardening, defensible space). For low- to moderate-income (LMI) owner occupants and landlords willing to rent to LMI households.
