Plumas Rural Services offers a variety of training and development opportunities for Plumas County residents. 

We are proud to offer regular training programs related to parenting, domestic violence, mental health, suicide intervention, personal and professional development, and leadership and supervisory training, to name a few.

Since 2015, we have continued to expand our training and development programs to include business consultancy, customer service and de-escalation skills, succession planning, and online workshops related to mental health and wellness and workforce development.

Our aim is to provide quality training and development support to individuals and businesses in Plumas County, with a vision to develop and keep local talent, and increase the effectiveness of our local organizations. A course that teaches you to identify, understand & respond to signs of mental illnesses & substance use disorders...

Youth Mental Health First Aid

This course is for youth needing assistance with mental health or any other form of aid. This course is free to attend.
