Plumas Rural Services partnered with Plumas County Public Health to sponsor a - 'The Art of Living Well' on May 26th.
13 teens attended the event that included activities such as 'free painting', 'tie-dye' and 'splatter paint'. The group also engaged in some reflective time to share how they were impacted emotionally and mentally during the past year's shut down. The day ended with some outdoor games and closing with statements about what made everyone feel mentally well.
The finished Green Ribbon splatter paint canvas was presented to Plumas Rural Services by Cynthia Roper (Art Day Leader) and is now proudly displayed in the foyer of their Jackson Street office.
