Training Specialist
This position provides a wide variety services for people with developmental disabilities. Services may include teaching classes, assisting with budgeting, cooking, hygiene. High school diploma or equivalent; 1 yrs exp. providing similar human services; 1 yr exp with record keeping; demonstrated ability to learn how to write behavioral objectives & case management skills and knowledge of local resources. Must possess good communication skills; be flexible, dependable and able to work independently. Must possess basic skills in Word and Internet e-mail. Up to 20 hours per wee, $11.14 to $17.36 per hour, depending upon level. Successful candidate must pass a background clearance. Fiscal Officer
The Fiscal Officer is responsible for managing the Agency’s $4.3 million budget, providing accurate fiscal reporting for agency management, the Board of Directors, government entities and funders, budget development, internal controls, cash flow, audit, cost allocation plans and GAAP compliance. Requires BA/BS in accounting (CPA preferred) plus several years experience completing all aspects of financial management. Must have high level of demonstrated proficiency in automated non-profit fund accounting using MIP software as well as Word, Excel and Internet e-mail. Successful candidate must pass an extensive background investigation. Salary range of $40,227 to $70,533 DOE, cafeteria benefit package, vacation, sick leave and holidays.
