Almanor Basin Community Resource Center offers a variety of programs to all residents of the Chester/ Lake Almanor Basin.
Services include: Mystery Baby Shower program, Almanor Community Supper, Community in Action Program, USDA Commodities Surplus Food Distribution, Family Development Workshops, W.I.C. services. There is also a Computer lab and free/low cost copier and fax services.
Parenting Classes
Various County Services are also offered including: Mental Health, Alcohol & Drug and Public Health immunizations.
The Center is located at 372 Main St. in Chester.
Office hours are Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to 5 pm.
